I was under the impression that it was unsafe to use electro stimulation stuff above waist height but there are products available such as nipple clamps which is right next to the heart so it must be safe, right? Any e-stimmers who have used electro stimulation toys on body parts from the waist upwards and lived to tell the tale, have you any advice on this subject.
