You could try reading some of their reviews on Trustpilot.
Remember though, not everything you read on such sites, that goes for any website, can be trusted.

I didn't make a purchase on lovense.com myself personally, my boyfriend bought me a toy from there, who didn't have any problems. I myself can confirm that their customer service is good when I needed support after receiving a product from them.
I wouldn't hesitate in buying from them in the future.

I purchase a Lovense Lush 3 for £109 based on the information on the Lush 3 page on their website. They claim it is very quiet and discreet but it can be heard in the next room, making it useless if you have others in the house or are wanting to take out in public, especially anywhere that is quiet.
When I complained to Lovense they sent me to YouTube and said the level of noise is the same as shown and they refused to refund saying to is as loud as it is meant to be. Don't be lured into buying one if you are wanting it for discreet or public use, it is not quiet and can easily be heard. Not worth the price when it is useless for what they claim it can be used for.
False advertising and no refund even though I am not happy with the product.
