In my personal opinion Lovense are certainly dubious.
If I was going to buy one I would not purchase direct from Lovense, regardless of how much cheaper they are, stick to a UK sex toy shop.
Any of the big sex toy shops in the UK offer certain protections, terms, refund and returns policies where you can be confident in buying.
