The Cowgirl smartphone app is not pairing with the sex machine, looking for advice to help get the app and machine connect and use the smartphone app to control my cowgirl - Any tips?

Have you disconnected the corded remote?
Is Bluetooth on your phone switched on? Have your device within 15 feet 4.5 metres from the Cowgirl. No other device is connected, as only one can be connected at any given time.
