What happened to the 365 day no-quibble return policy that I remember Lovehoney offered???

They used to allow you to return a product free, for any reason, even if it was opened and simply didn't like it.

I have just gone to purchase and noticed that due to Christmas they are offering an extended returns policy until 31st January 2019!

It appears they no only offer 30 days returns, the 1 year only applies to product guarantees.

Why did Lovehoney choose to drastically reduce their returns policy timeframe?

It was probably being taken advantage of excessively.

I mean, where else could you buy something, use it all year, then decide to return it for a full refund.

It equated to free sex toys, an unsustainable business model.

Lovehoney used to allow you to want them, open them and use them and still send them back.

Plus sextoys.co.uk just aren't that passionate about selling sex toys as they used to be.

Shame, used to love the sextoys.co.uk community and getting involved with their presence.
