The parcel containing my uberkinky order displayed UberKinky on the label on the outside of the box!

Not only could the delivery guy see it, but flat/house mates, family visiting, complete lack of discretion.

I will not be ordering from them again, as they clearly lie!

Ordered from uberkinky, after a week of no receipt of the delivery I decided to email, to which I received no response, I then sent another email a couple of days later, still no reply, so decided to give them a call. They gave me some cock & bull about how they had just emailed me that morning, surprise, surprise, no email in my inbox/junk. Turns out they don't even stock the item which they said was in-stock, just a dropshipping company, sounds like they've become a bit of a 2-bit operation dropshipping business, so that also means your personal information is been shared with third party dropship order fulfilment company who will actually be packing and sending you the order! I am not impressed as still not received the order, so thinking there dropship company doesn't even have the stock or uberkinky a scam!

Also discovered they are dropship biz, items ordered not in stock with wholesaler/manufacturer, had to wait. Will not order from them again, instead use a non-dropship proper sex toy store that stock all items such as Lovehoney, sextoys.co.uk and sexshop365!

Really bad customer service.

I contacted them to get a replacement for a faulty item I received.

It took over 4 months to finally get the replacement.

They made it really difficult to go through the process of simply returning a faulty product and getting it replaced.

This is not the first time they have failed to offer a professional and timely level of customer service.

I won;t be ordering from them again, I will be shopping elsewhere.

I got a second-hand sex toy from uber kinky.

The product I ordered had been opened, obviously a second, or previously returned, which is an absolute disgrace.

They claim it wasn't but there is no doubt the product packaging had been opened, not damage, complete disregard for public safety.
