Have you watched the official LELO F1s video form YouTube?
From what I can gather it is a male masturbator, like a fleshlight but with vibrations, it is app controlled and the SDK allows you to develop your own app to control the F1s trainer, so guess you can say it is like a VR Fleshlight Vibro that you can customise.
