I am thinking about getting myself a Shockspot machine but I am a little hesitant at the fact I will have to build it and unsure if I will be able to do it myself. How easy or hard are the Shockspot's to assemble?

How easy or hard are the Shockspot's to assemble? They are not difficult at all to put up. All you have to do I fix the legs to the body as the rest is already assembled. It can be a bit fiddly, but nothing you won't be able to do in a few minutes.

Thanks to both of you.
I didn't realise that it was just the legs you had to screw on. Having watched the assembly video above I will be able to do that no trouble. Thank you.
