How do I resolve the "NO REGISTERED DEVICE FOUND" status in the Shockspot software?

Is this your issue? (See attached image).

According to Shockspot manual and Troubleshooting Guide, the NO REGISTERED DEVICE FOUND connection status is as a result of either the Shockspot not being connected to your PC via USB correctly or a problem with the software/drivers.

  1. Make sure Shockspot and computer connected via USB correctly.
  2. Browse to device manager, goto the "Ports(COM&LPT)" settings for the "USB serial port". Ensure the COM port setting is set to a number between 1-10. If it is not, right click, select "Properties", select "Port Settings", Select "Advanced" and change the "COM Port Number" to a value between 1-10.
  3. Don't see a "USB serial port" listed in the "Ports(COM&LPT)" settings, contact support@shockspot.net
