Appears to be when the referral uses a coupon code that is not affiliate specific they cancel the whole commission, even if you are not advertising the coupon code used for the purchase they are still cancelling the referral/commission.

Another bulk commission reversal has taken place, over 15% of commission cancelled with reason given as voided and duplicate order. Seems highly irregular. Anyone else just had a load of their webgains Lovehoney commission cancelled?

Lovehoney have said that an issue with tracking going back to June 2021 has resulted in sales over attributed to the affiliate channel.

Lovehoney paid affiliates the sales for 3 month period (June, July & August) but have chosen to cancel the affected commissions in the latest 3 month period (September, October & November).

Lovehoney have confirmed that this particular tracking issue has now been resolved, so Lovehoney Webgains affiliates are unlikely to see a repeat commission cancellation due to this problem on their future referral sales.
