Search the patents to check if a similar patent to your invention already exists.

If no similar patent exists and you believe in your idea/design you should register the patent yourself. Then, if you have the resources and know how, design and produce your male vibrator.

Alternatively, you could try your luck with the Lovehoney 'Design a Sex Toy Competition' if you're design is a winner they see the design through to production and retail the product, in return you receive royalties on sales.
