Are sex toys considered safe to use while been pregnant?

Do you know of any sex toys that should not be used during pregnancy and why they are unsafe?

I used sex toys during pregnancies without any problems, just make sure you keep them clean and hygienic.

I would probably get more professional medical advice on using more extreme sex toys or electro stimulation during prgnancy.
