The Lovense Lush 2 and 3 have the identical motor and functionality so won't be any change to the vibrator.

Lush 3 differences are that it has a fixed tail helping to keep the toy in place and in the right spot, it also features the new magnetic Lovense charger port - it doesn't take as long to charge and the battery lasts a fair bit longer. The new antenna has improved the connectivity.

Thanks for pointing out all the Lovense Lush 2 Vs Lovense Lush 3 differences.

I do get some bluetooth connection problems every now and then, but not frequent enough to make it worth buying a new toy.

Also the charging plug hole is getting a bit tempramental so glad they have upgraded this

I think I will hang in with the Lush 2 for now, until it breaks or goes faulty.

Hopefully it will last until Lovense Lush 4, which is when I will definitely be due an upgrade.

Good luck, but think it'll be a year or two before Lush 4.

I also had probs with the charging port on Lush 2 and although have had to buy a replacement cable for my Lush 3, the toy itself is at little risk from damage when charging, I always felt like I was going to break my Lush 2 whenever I plugged the pin into the hole to charge.

Fingers crossed your Lush 2 lasts you a little longer.

Some more differences are:-

The Lush 3 is ever so slightly quieter.

The tail on Lush 2 can be bent to a set shape.

Even though the motor is the same I do feel the Lush 3 is more powerful.

Lush 3 lasts over an hour and half longer than the Lush 2!

The Lush 3 comes with a storage bag included.


Some people actually claim that the original Lovense Lush 1 was better than the 2 but don't listen to that gibberish. I own all three and the Lush 1 is not even an option anymore, so if you see one for sale, perhaps on an auction site, don't bother. If I was having to buy a Lovense Lush today, I would always opt to get the Lush 3.
