Ah shucks! Looks like I missed the deadline!

I could have been inline for a £7,700 compensation payout if I had put in a claim against Standard Innovation before 20th July 2017.

How so though, when I didn't even know about the We-Vibe Connect lawsuit, you would have thought all those who did buy a We-Vibe before the 26th September 2016 would have been automatically contacted?

Has anybody here put in a claim against We-Vibe, they are requesting proof of purchase and proof of app download, which couldn't be too difficult, to be eligible for a payout.

Are there any options for those who did not know about this legal case and have, like myself, missed the deadline?

I bought mine after September 2016 so was not effected by the we-connect privacy concerns. Having recently purchased a Lovense Lush, it would appear that their app is collecting all the data that We-Vibe used to connect, so they may be in line for legal action soon too, what's more worrying is that Lovense share their customers IP addresses with affiliates.

Shit! Wish I knew about this before the deadline date - Owt I can do now? I used the We-Vibe with my ex-GF and still have proof I bought it from Lovehoney and We-Connect registration email. That kinda money would go down well this close to crimbo.
