I am trying to figure out if Shockspot are still a good sex machine, speaking in terms of buying. It appears that of the people who are selling second hand machines, Shockspot are popular. My concern is that it doesn't appear to have been updated in some time and lacks of few modern features. Would you recommend Shockspot and deem it good value compared to other thrusting machines?
PS. Maybe a used Shockspot is a better idea.

One of the best and people are still buying them.
Plenty of UK customers are buying direct from Shockspot in the USA, so goes to show they're still worth getting.
Plus, I've not read anything bad on this forum, or elsewhere, so guess that speaks for itself.

I think this is more of a case of there been a good amount of owners and that second-hand ones still sell too.
Of the buyers of used Shockspot's on here I have not seen any regrets.

Why reinvent the wheel. Buy yes I agree with this point, newer software and app would make it even better.
Try contacting Shockspot and asking if they have any intentions to update or release a new models.

If you can afford to buy Shockspot, there isn't really anything that compare on the mainstream sex machine market.

Good idea, but then again buying used comes with its own risks.
I hope this helps.

Hi Sam,
Would you mind answering these questions:
- Which Shockspot machine(s) are you interested in?
- Have you any alternative machines in mind?
- Intended purpose of machine (personal or professional use)?
It might help further answer your question or help alleviate any concerns or hesitance.
For transparency, as members of the Shockspot affiliate program, if we refer you to Shockspot.net and make a purchase, we do receive commission. Over the years we have referred many customers, of those we received a commission for, not a single one of the transactions has been reversed due to the return of products by customers, which is pretty astounding considering the price of this purchase, which would indicate that every one who bought was happy and received a good working product which they kept.

Which Shockspot machine(s) are you interested in?
The Shockspot 8 inch version.
Have you any alternative machines in mind?
Nothing that compares, I have read that there's nothing that performs like Shockspot.
If they are considering releasing a new machine in the not-too-distant future, then I would have considered buying a make-do machine. Something like F-Machine Pro 4, but it's no comparison. So no. Do you know of any Shockspot machine alternatives?
Intended purpose of machine (personal or professional use)?
General frequent use, I will be using to create content for Onlyfans and similar, I am not sure if that constitutes professional use!?

The Shockspot 8-inch is the most popular machine.
There are no machines similar to Shockspot that I could recommend, it's quite unique in terms of technology and capabilities.
Machines like F-Machine, Lovense and similar thrusting sex machines that use a traditional rotating motor to drive the thrusting rod, when experiencing any resistance such as with bigger toy attachments, are not good of performing.
Professional users who use their machine for live streaming need to be aware that most sex machines no longer have tip controlled functionality. Shockspot used to offer such a feature until Lovense were granted the patent for the technology.
I have no inside knowledge about Shockspot's future products, so would advise you contact them direct to ask.

Thanks again for your advice.
I am going to send them a message as you suggested, keep an eye on the second hand market, more than likely buy new if they say no major machine releases expected in the next 12-24 months.

They most certainly do, what makes you think otherwise?
Shockspot have just brought out a brand new version of their 8 and 12 inch machines.
They have been upgraded making them faster and more powerful, plus updated software/App.
This shows not only are people still buying them, they are relevant and demand exists.
Shockspot machines are still one of the best there is on the market.
You can still get an original Shockspot machines, but if you are looking to buy then get a V1.5.

They had been out a while and don't see any other content creators really using them.

I am so glad I didn't buy a machine, I would have been gutted owning a new machine and new models coming out.

Just one other question....
Is 1.5 a major upgrade. There isn't going to be a Shockspot V2.0 soon is there?

I think it is safe to say it's going to be a good few years before the next version of Shockspot machine is available.
We will probably see upgrades in terms of software and App capabilities and features, but not the machine itself.
The new machines possess around 20% more powerful thrust force and 20% faster thrusting speed.
V1.5 is a significant performance improvement on a sex machine with so much power to begin with.
I would love to hear your thoughts if you buy one of the V1.5 machines.
